The set includes five sizes across three cup types, two of each, so you always have the right cup for the right area. The largest double-tier cups (85mm and 65mm) are designed for broad areas like the back, thighs, and abdomen - their reduced volume creates stronger suction for larger muscle groups. The mid-range cone cups (70mm, 55mm, and 50mm) work across the limbs and torso. How to Use:
Before you begin: apply a generous layer of your favorite body oil or face oil to the area you are working on. This is essential - the oil allows the cups to glide smoothly and enhances the suction effect.
Activating the cups:
Squeeze the cup gently and place it on the skin. Release to create suction. To remove, press on the edge of the cup to break the seal.
The closer to the base you squeeze, the stronger the suction. Start lighter than you think you need - you can always increase.
Three techniques:
Traditional cupping: place cups on chosen trigger points or acupressure points and leave for 5-15 minutes. Monitor effects and adjust as needed.
Pump cupping: create light suction for 1-3 seconds and release, moving along the muscle. Good for larger body areas.
Glide cupping: create suction on one side of an area, then - while maintaining gentle pressure - glide the cup across to the opposite side. Release and repeat 2-3 times. Most commonly used for the face.
Face cupping: move from the center of the face outward along the jawline and cheekbones, then up the forehead and out toward the hairline. Recreate suction frequently as you move - the glide distance on the face is shorter.
Body cupping: start at the extremities and work up the limbs toward the heart.
Tip: begin each session by gently stimulating the lymph nodes with your fingertips - around the ears, collarbones, under the arms, and at the groin. This helps prime the lymphatic system before cupping.
