Details
Saffron threads are the raw, unprocessed stigmas of the Crocus sativus flower - each one hand-harvested, dried, and jarred without alteration. They are saffron in its purest form: no carriers, no extraction, no processing. What you get is exactly what has been used in cooking, medicine, and ritual for over three thousand years.
The Fullest sources their threads to the same standard as their other products - third-party tested for purity, potency, heavy metals, and contaminants, sourced and packaged in the USA in FDA-certified facilities. Each jar contains 3g of pure saffron stigma, which at the recommended serving of 30 threads equates to approximately 50 servings.
At 30 threads per serving, the dose is clinically studied to support mood, reduce anxiety, improve focus, and address inflammation. The same active compounds present in processed saffron products - crocin, crocetin, and safranal - are present here in their whole-thread form. The Fullest recommends using saffron threads for infusions, teas, or cooking, making this the most versatile format in the range: it belongs equally in a wellness practice and in a kitchen.

How to Use:
Therapeutic dose: 30 threads per serving (approximately 60mg). Use daily for best results.
Cold infusion: Add 15 threads to a cup of ice, fill with water, and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Serve strained or unstrained. The cold slow-extraction method preserves the most nutrients.
Tea: Add 15 threads to 8oz hot water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Strain, or consume the threads with the tea.
Cooking: Grind threads with a pinch of salt in a mortar and pestle. Add a splash of hot water, transfer to a small container, and refrigerate. Add to recipes by the teaspoon. Works beautifully in rice, soups, sauces, golden milk, and desserts.
For wellness use, the cold infusion method is recommended for maximum nutrient extraction. For culinary use, any method works.
