It is deeply anti-inflammatory, stimulates the flow of white blood cells into affected tissue, and has been shown to reduce swelling, pain, and bruising in muscles and joints following physical exertion or injury. Calendula flowers bring their own anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antioxidant properties, nourishing and healing the skin while their herbal benefits absorb into the underlying muscle tissue. Eucalyptus opens the respiratory system and adds circulatory stimulation that amplifies the work of both.

The mineral base does its established work in parallel: Epsom salts deliver magnesium transdermally, relaxing muscle tension and reducing soreness; sea salt mineralizes and purifies; baking soda alkalizes and soothes. Together the six ingredients recreate something close to the salinity of the ocean - and of the body's own cells.

How to Use: 

Fill a warm bath.

Dissolve the entire contents of the soak into the water.

Place the herbal sachet in the bath and allow the herbs to infuse - 5 minutes is sufficient, longer is fine.

Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the minerals and herbs to absorb.

Relax and allow the bath to do its work.

This is a single-use product - the full amount is intended for one bath. Using the full quantity delivers the therapeutic herbal and mineral dose.
