Details

Miracle Mud is Honeybee Hippie's most versatile product — a rich, earthy herbal balm designed for the moments when skin needs quick, real comfort: post-beach, post-sun, dry patches, rough elbows, irritated skin, diaper rash, blemishes. It lives in beach bags and backpacks and car glove compartments because once you have it, you reach for it constantly.

Twelve ingredients, each doing specific work. The base is grass-fed suet tallow with raw organic mango butter, cold-pressed avocado butter, and cold-pressed extra virgin Italian olive oil — a deeply nourishing, fatty-acid rich foundation that absorbs without heaviness. Raw beeswax gives the balm its structure and protective seal. Food-grade bentonite clay is the formula's distinctive active: a naturally occurring volcanic mineral that gently draws impurities toward the surface and helps balance the skin, making this balm effective on blemishes and congested skin as well as dryness.

Six herbs are infused directly into the tallow: calendula for skin comfort and soothing; wild bergamot (bee balm, Monarda fistulosa) for its antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties; yarrow for its traditional wound-care and astringent use; plantain leaf (the herb Plantago, not the banana) for its remarkable drawing and healing properties that traditional herbalists have used on insect bites, splinters, and irritated skin for centuries; aloe vera leaf for its cooling and soothing action; and marshmallow root for its deeply soothing mucilage content. Non-GMO Vitamin E completes the formula for antioxidant stability.

Rich, earthy, and genuine. 50mL / 1.69oz.

About the Maker

Honeybee Hippie was founded by Jill King, a mother of four based in Huntington Beach, California, who had a lifelong passion for holistic wellness and ancestral living long before she had any interest in skincare. When she began making her own tallow skincare for her family and fell in love with the results, a friend at a local sustainable refillery shop asked to carry it — and the brand grew from there. The name Honeybee Hippie came from Jill's own backyard beehive: a tribute to bees for their honey, beeswax, and their essential role in the ecosystem, and to the hippie ethos of nature's remedies and slow living. Every product is holistic, handmade, and small-batch — deeply considered and rooted in the belief that true healing comes from what the earth provides.

Why We Love It

Tallow, bentonite clay, and six infused herbs — the balm that earns its place in every bag.
