Organic cocoa butter locks in moisture and provides the rich, creamy texture. Sweet almond oil adds its own emollient Vitamin E. Hexane-free castor oil provides conditioning and glide. How to Use

• A small amount goes a long way. Allow to absorb fully.
• For children: Apply a small amount to the bottoms of the feet at bedtime.

Note: a mild tingling sensation is normal with topical magnesium, particularly on the first few uses. This indicates absorption and typically reduces with regular use. If irritation persists, reduce the amount used.
