Most exfoliating soaps work through either harsh physical abrasives (walnut shell, plastic microbeads) or chemical exfoliants that strip the barrier while they buff. This bar uses neither. The exfoliant is finely ground organic Madagascar vanilla bean - the actual pod, not just the extract - whose gentle particle texture polishes away dull, dry surface cells without irritation, while its antioxidants and calming botanical compounds soothe the skin at the same time.

New Zealand Manuka honey at 830+ MGO is the second active. MGO (methylglyoxal) is the compound responsible for Manuka's exceptional bioactive properties - and 830+ is a high-potency rating that delivers genuine humectant, antibacterial, and skin-supportive effects. In this bar, the honey draws moisture into the skin during cleansing, helping counteract the drying effect that even good soaps can have, and contributing its enzymes and antioxidants to skin clarity and balance.

The base is saponified wild bison tallow - Regenerative Organic Certified, grass-fed and finished - with biodynamic olive oil, organic virgin coconut oil, and organic castor oil providing additional nourishment, lather, and humectant conditioning. The result is a bar that exfoliates, cleanses, and replenishes in a single step, leaving skin soft, smooth, and calm rather than tight or stripped.

How to Use:

Wet skin and lather the bar gently between hands or directly onto the skin.
Massage in gentle circular motions to activate the vanilla bean exfoliation.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
Pat dry.

Suitable for daily use on face and body. The vanilla bean particles provide a polish - use lighter pressure on sensitive areas.

A light white coating (soda ash) may appear on the bar's surface - this is a normal part of natural soap-making and disappears with first use.

Care

Store in a cool, dry place between uses.
Allow the bar to dry fully between uses on a draining soap dish.
Keep out of direct water flow when not in use.
