How to Use:
Warm a small amount of oil in your palms or gently heat the bottle in warm water before use.
Begin with ears and neck, then work inward toward the heart.
On arms and legs, use circular motions around joints and a back-and-forth motion along muscles.
The oil can also be applied to the scalp.
For the face, use this oil unless you are using Surya's Balancing Face Oil for that portion of the ritual.
Daily use is recommended. Morning application before a warm shower allows the herbs to absorb fully. Evening application supports calmer sleep.
