Massage a bit of room temperature or warm oil onto your body, starting with ears and neck, working towards your heart. When massaging arms and legs, use circular motions around joints, and a back-and-forth motion on muscles. You can also apply to scalp, and to face, unless you’re using Surya’s Balancing Face Oil for that portion of the self-massage.
