Shipping policy

At Baile, LLC, we take pride in offering a curated selection, each contributing to your unique order. When you make a purchase, each brand ships their product directly to you. If your order includes items from multiple brands, you will receive shipping estimates based on each brand's individual timeline. We recommend checking the estimated arrival dates during checkout or on the orders page in your account. Keep in mind that some brands may have limited resources due to their smaller scale.

Baile, LLC is delighted to provide straightforward and cost-effective flat-rate shipping options to all U.S. states. Orders over $95 are eligible for free domestic ground shipping, provided that all items in the order can be shipped via traditional ground methods. For orders over $95 that do not qualify for domestic ground shipping (e.g., expedited orders, large parcel items, medium parcel items, freight delivery), a small fee may apply.

Taxes:

• For US orders, Baile, LLC may not collect taxes in all states. You may be subject to sales and use tax depending on your state regulations.

Cancellations:

Due to our marketplace model, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once your order is complete. Changes to orders that have not yet been shipped may be possible. Shipped orders cannot be changed or canceled. If your order has been dispatched, our support team will assist in setting up a return. Please note that Final Sale items are non-returnable. Freight Service:

Items meeting specific weight/dimension criteria will ship via freight service. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.
